How do we get started?
First you need to download the small remote control software onto your computer which is very secure and you can control when anyone can get into your computer. Download the software by clicking here and when prompted click Save and save it to your desktop or C drive. After finished downloading, run it and install. Click here for detailed instructions on installing, although you most likely don't need the instructions since you can accept all the defaults.
Once installed, you can call us for support and we will walk you through the rest.
